We’re pleased to offer our customers excellent value and service, which is why we provide free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Our items ship from warehouses in Europe and the USA via FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and DPD.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We proudly offer international shipping services. However, some locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your address falls into one of these areas, we will reach out to you directly.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Fabrika is not liable for incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. If we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once your items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary by location. Here are our estimates:

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 6-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-14 business days
  • Central & South America: 8-14 business days
  • Asia: 8-12 business days
  • Africa: 8-14 business days

Maximum delivery time is 20 business days.

Please note: Shipping times do not include our 1-3 day processing time and may be affected by customs clearance delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. In some cases, tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it may take 1-5 business days for tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there’s still no tracking information, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
